Emily – Office Manager/Financial Coordinator

Emily grew up in Mendon, Utah. She graduated from Mountain Crest High school and graduated from Bridgerland Applied Technology College as a Certified Dental Assistant. She has worked in management and public relations for most of her career. Emily has five children and one “adorable” grandbaby. She likes to run, hike, boat, ride her bike through the countryside, go camping, ski, snowmobile, travel, 4-wheeling, and spend time with her family (“especially her grandbaby”). Her co-workers love her friendly attitude, her ready smile, and her ability to help everyone that meets her feel important.
Karen – Scheduling Coordinator
“I love the connections that I have made working in this ‘small town’ community. I love being able to help ‘save teeth’ here at Dr. Goodwin’s office!”
Karen grew up in Ogden and Hooper, Utah. She graduated from Stevens-Henager College with her associates in Business Administration. She has worked as a receptionist, secretary, manager and stay-at-home mom. Karen in is the mother of two boys. She and her family enjoy being camping, off-roading, going on road trips, and playing sports. Karen loves crafting- making jewelry and charms- and rockhounding. Karen describes herself with a love for helping others with her own sense of humor and friendly sarcasm.
Jodi – Chief Financial Officer/Compliance Officer/Registered Nurse

Jodi grew up in Layton, Utah. She graduated from Layton High School and later graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She served a mission for the LDS Church to Guatemala and has worked as a Registered Nurse for almost 30 years. She has five wonderful children. She enjoys being a mom, spending time with her family, camping, hiking, 4- wheeling, boating, gardening, and being in the mountains.
Misty – Registered Dental Hygienist

Misty graduated from Bear River High School. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene from Weber State University. She has worked for 17 years as a hygienist. Prior to her becoming a hygienist, she worked as a Dental Assistant. Misty has 3 boys. She spends her time working as a mom, homeschooling two of her boys, cooking, piecing quilts, and splitting her time between two ranches in Malta and Montpelier. Her co-workers love her ability to relate to patients, her clinical skills, and her constancy.
Crystal – Registered Dental Hygienist

Crystal grew up in Pocatello, ID. She graduated from Pocatello High and from the Salt Lake Community College Dental Hygiene Program. She has worked for 8 years- 7 of which was in a Periodontal office. She has been married for 13 years and has three “beautiful” children. They enjoy camping, cooking and watching movies together. Crystal’s hobbies include music, singing, baking cakes, and reading. She loves teaching people things they didn’t know before, building friendships with her patients and being part of a team. She loves the tight-knit community of the Garland/Tremonton area. “Everyone helps each other and is hardworking!” Her co-workers love Crystal’s friendly personality and her expertise.
Tori – Hygienist
Tori grew up in Deweyville and graduated from Bear River High School. She attended Sherridan College/University of Wyoming and graduated with her Registered Dental Hygienist degree. Prior to her graduation, she worked as a dental assistant and a dental assisting instructor. Tori has three children. She, her husband and their family enjoy raising and showing Boer goats, camping, fishing, and watching a good movie together. Tori likes to ride horses, read books, raise goats, work in her vegetable and flower gardens, camp, fish, and spend time with her family. When asked what she likes best about her job, Tori said “I like being able to see a change in someone’s oral health and to form friendships with patients and coworkers.” She said that the office “practices excellent dentistry with an excellent staff.” We appreciate Tori’s happy demeanor and her high level of expertise. We are grateful to have her as part of our staff of highly qualified and personable hygienists.
Trish – Dental Assistant

Trish was born and raised in Tremonton, Utah. She graduated from Bear River High School. She has worked as an assistant for 13 years. She has 4 children, one daughter-in-law, one son-in-law, and 2 “darling” grandsons. She enjoys spending time with family, hiking, reading, traveling, and car rides. She loves meeting new people and helping people. Her co-workers love her happy, “can-do” attitude and her knowledgeable skills.
Korina – Dental Assistant

Korina was raised in Park Valley, Utah and graduated from Bear River High School. She graduated from Bridgerland Applied Technology College as a Certified Dental Assistant. She has worked as an assistant for 20 years. She has 4 daughters and the family puppy “Penny”. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, listening to music, 4-H projects with her girls, hiking, gardening, home decorating, and being a mom. Her co-workers love her quiet, friendly attitude and her willingness to help everyone feel welcome.
Ashley – Dental Assistant

Ashley grew up in Tremonton, Utah. She graduated from Bear River High School and graduated from Bridgerland Applied Technology College. She is a Certified Dental Assistant. She has worked as a dental assistant for 13 years. She has 3 children. She likes to go to the sand dunes and dirt bike racing. She loves to dance, go camping with her family and watch her kids play sports. She loves the people in Tremonton/Garland and the surrounding areas. Her co-workers love her outgoing personality and her ability to help everyone feel well-loved.
Navy – Dental Hygiene Assistant
Navy grew up in Tremonton and graduated from Bear River High School. She graduated from Bridgerland Technical school in the dental assisting program. She is currently enrolled at Weber State University.
She recently married and has two dogs. She enjoys camping, 4-wheeling, traveling and spending time with her family. Navy loves “getting to know and create relationships with the patients” in our office. She also loves working with her co-workers. She thinks that “patients are cared for and educated about their dental needs while giving the best care possible. We love having Navy as a part of our dental family!
Ashley – Dental Assistant

Ashley grew up in Paris, Idaho. She worked on the family cattle ranch and at the Bear Lake Hot Springs. She attended school at Bear Lake High School in Montpelier. She lived in Logan and Twin Falls, ID before moving to Tremonton. She graduated from the Bridgerland Technical school in dental assisting program. She has six years’ experience working in an endodontic office, a general dental office, and in an orthodontic office.
She enjoys reading, art, painting, sketching, and healthy cooking. She enjoys hiking, biking, boating, and paddleboarding. She thinks that patients “come to our office because we offer so many different types of dental care. We have the latest technology to do what patients need to make them feel confident in their smile.”
