Dr. Goodwin was born in Long Beach, California. He spent much of his early childhood playing on the sandy beaches of Southern California. He spent the majority of his youth and early adult years working with the Boy Scouts of America and is an Eagle Scout. He graduated from Layton High School and then received his Bachelor of Science from Weber State University. He received his degree in Dentistry from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University in 2001. After graduation, he practiced dentistry in Eagle, ID until 2007, when he and his family moved to Tremonton. He has been a part of the Tremonton/Garland area and has provided quality dentistry since 2007.

Dr. Goodwin is a member of the American Dental Association, the Utah Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentists, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Society for Dental Anesthetics, and the American Orthodontic Society.

He has received additional training in cosmetic, sedation, orthodontic (braces), and implants. He is continually working on his education to provide the most current, technologically advanced treatments so that his patients can enjoy the best, most modern treatments available.

He has 5 amazing children. They are “the best part of my life”. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, canyoneering, 4-wheeling, teaching and mentoring youth groups, sailing, and computers.

He says that the best part about his job is: “I get to be with the best people in the world. The staff and patients that are in our office are like a big family. I get to blend the latest technology with tenderness to provide the best treatment for each patient. I get to change lives by changing smiles!”
